The Denver Post
reported this weekend that national rates on the 30-year mortgage has dropped to the lowest level in two years.  Freddie Mac reported that 30-year, fixed-rate mortgages were averaging 5.96 percent.  That is the lowest rate since September 29, 2005.  The outlook for buying and selling real estate in 2008 is very positive.
