30-year mortgage rate at 2-year low

The Denver Post reported this weekend that national
rates on the 30-year mortgage has dropped to the lowest level in two years. Freddie Mac reported that
30-year, fixed-rate mortgages were averaging 5.96 percent. That is the lowest rate since September 29, 2005. The
outlook for buying and selling real estate in 2008 is very positive.
